BEACH HOUSE UPSTAIRS
At the top of the staircase
is the entertainment system, video, CD, DVD, satellite tuner
and amplifier. Also storage room for a bicycle or other such
items. The upstairs bedroom has a high 14 foot (3.6m) ceiling
and two glass doors side by side
which lead out to an upper
deck.
The upstairs is interesting depending on your
tastes. All of the lights
are controlled by dimmers inside and out. In total, there are 24 dimmer
controlled lights, most being halogen.

Both the upstairs and downstairs
have mounted high fidelity speakers and submerged subwoofers used
with either the television, DVD movies or with the stereo. No
matter where you are in the house, high fidelity
quality audio is at your control.

The upstairs roof and all walls
are entirely
insulated, keeping the air conditioning inside and the humidity
outside. If you're not
into AC, the house gets a nice steady breeze flowing in from the
sea during the day, but nights are mostly still.
