• ß5,000 THB for Housekeeper cleaning 3 days a week (~$4 per day)
• ß8,000 THB for all utilities (~$7 per day)
          - Satellite TV maximum channels ~ ß1,600 per month
          - Electricity, mostly air-conditioning ~ ß2,400 per month
          - Telephone, service and min. calls ~ ß1,500 per month
          - ADSL Internet Service ~ ß1,500 per month

Please Note
- PBH is rented on a monthly basis only. One month minimum stay.
- The stairs are very steep.
- Couples or singles only, parties of 1 or 2 people only, no children.
- The beach in front of the house is not clean enough to "lay out" out.
- All other beaches are beautiful, there are 12 beaches within 5-30 min. drive.
- Chalong is not a tourist area, it is a place for locals, drunken sailors, down to earth people and foreigners living in Thailand to experience real local Thai lifestyle and get away from the daily grind of their overdeveloped home country. We've never had a dissapointed guest and want to keep it that way by making sure expectations are set correctly. Don't hesitate to ask for further info.
