with a minimum of $50k USD in liquid investment capital who
want a piece of the action.
I look through many real estate opportunities each week,
and hate to see good deals pass due to inadequate resources.
Therefore I am seeking to build up a network of potential
investors to include on my activities.
The possible transactions that can occur are either...
a) I decide not to be
involved in the deal, but rather turn it over to someone in
the network. If you purchase one of the properties I turn you
on to, I will help you in all aspects of securing ownership.
Then I claim a 7% commission from you on the lead as well as
the leg work in assisting you with the purchase.
b) I find an investment that
I want to be involved in, and you or several of you partner
with me on the deal. Ownership percentages and would be
arranged legally through a third party attorney.
