BEACH HOUSE FACILITIES
The bathroom in the back of the downstairs has a
high, 24 foot (7m) high ceiling and plenty of space.
All of bathroom furnishings are highest quality. There are two
sinks, one toilet, one shower, 4 mirrors including a
background lit makeup mirror.
The portion of the bathroom with the shower is
constructed primarily of gray shades of hand carved marble and
black granite. The other half of the bathroom has a mixed granite floor with black
walls.

Both the shower and sink have hot and cold running
water. All of the equipment and facilities are constructed of the finest quality
materials. In general, the facilities are:
Two sinks, toilet, shower, hot and cold
running water, full bar, all dishes, utilities, silverware and place settings
for 4, Microwave oven, BBQ grill, refrigerator, 2 laptop computers with 24 hour
wireless internet connection that can be used anywhere inside or within 100 feet
outside of the house, satellite television, Sony Triton 29" TV upstairs,
100" Sony projection TV downstairs with retractable TV screen, DVD player,
CD player, Powerful amplifier with surround sound in each room, Video player,
Hundreds of CD's, hundreds of DVD's, assortment of books and magazines.
